PERANCANGAN APLIKASI CATATAN KEUANGAN AYAM POTONG DI PASAR PAGI RUKOH H. FACHRUL BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

This study was motivated by the financial recording process in broiler chicken businesses at Pasar Pagi Rukoh H. Fachrul, which is still carried out manually using notebooks. This condition causes several problems, including recording errors, risk of data loss, difficulties in preparing financial reports, and low efficiency in monitoring business income and expenses. This study aims to design an Android-based financial recording application to assist broiler chicken traders in recording and managing transactions more effectively and efficiently. The research method applied in this study is the Waterfall method, with the scope limited to two stages, namely requirements analysis and design. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature study to identify both functional and non-functional system requirements. The result of this study is the design of an Android-based financial recording application equipped with features for income recording, expense recording, automatic transaction calculation, transaction history, data search, financial reporting, and user profile management. In addition, this study also produced system design documents in the form of flowcharts, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and user interface designs. The proposed application is expected to make traders’ financial recording processes more structured, accurate, secure, accessible, and supportive of sustainable business management.
